One of three flats in a small block of flats, on the coastal road between Procchio and Marciana Marina (about 1.5 km), in a scenic position with access right down to the beautiful, tiny beach of Schioppo. The flat consists of: kitchen with table and chairs, sitting room with small, double bed settee, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, beautiful fully equipped terrace that looks on to the sea. A short path (about 100 metres) takes you right down to the beach below. Please note: the 60 metre long road from the car park (only 1 park place) to the flat is quite steep. Comforts: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue.
