The villa is near Capo Sant’Andrea, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the Mediterranean bush, far from the crowds. All the flats are fully furnished and have all the mod cons: TV, safe, car space at the back, and each flat has the use of two washing machines and outdoor showers, air conditioning (cost based on consumption) only in the flats 4 and 6. Flat No. 1 is a one room flat on the ground floor, and consists of a single room with kitchenette and double bed settee, bathroom with shower, small outdoor space with table and chairs. Distance from most important shops about 50 metres; other shops are in La Zanca, (about 1,5 km); Marciana Alta (about 9 km); Marciana Marina (about 15 km); Portoferraio (about 34 km).
