Flats in a beautiful villa in Cotoncello, about 250 metres from the magnificent cliffs and the tiny, sandy beach. The villa is near Capo Sant’Andrea, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the Mediterranean bush, far from the crowds. All the flats are fully furnished and have all the mod cons: TV, safe, car space at the back, and each flat has the use of two washing machines and outdoor showers, air conditioning (cost based on consumption) only in the flats 4 and 6. Flat no. 3 is a three room flat on the ground floor, and consists of: large living-dining room with kitchenette and two sofa beds, two sofas are located at opposite ends and the two zones can be successfully separated by a folding door, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the sea. Distance from most important shops about 50 metres; other shops are in La Zanca, (about 1,5 km); Marciana Alta (about 9 km); Marciana Marina (about 15 km); Portoferraio (about 34 km).
